Pure Harmony Massage - Massage That Feeds Your Soul!

"Pathways of the Heart"
Basic Sedona Retreat
Sunday, May 6 - Saturday, May 12, 2018

General Information

People travel great distances to experience the transforming energies of Sedona.  The vortex sites are said to provide balance, and healing to all who visit.

Our basic retreat will take us to seven sacred sites in and around Sedona, including a day trip to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. We will be immersed within the unique forces and energies of each location, using meditation, guided imagery and other forms of energy work to connect to these sacred spaces, and our own inner knowing. Sedona's natural and healing beauty will draw forth new places of sacredness within yourself, and you will strengthen your connection to the spirits of the earth, and the voices of the Divine.  You will emerge with strengthened intuition and a deepened wisdom.  Each day we will discover new and unique gifts and connections as we walk the Pathways of the Heart together.

Retreat Tips and Suggestions

Recommended lodging:

Arabella Hotel Sedona

Best Western Plus Inn of Sedona

Days Inn Sedona

Hampton Inn Sedona

Los Abrigados Resort and Spa

Sedona Summit Resort

Due to our preference to keep our gathering personal and insightful, our intimate number of participants prevents us from obtaining any special room rates. Some excellent pricing can be obtained by searching for these hotels on various travel sites like Kayak, Expedia and Priceline.   These hotels all offer clean and comfortable rooms at reasonable rates, and Retreat Leaders "Raven" Anne Quigley and Camille Sanders will gladly provide information and coordination for those wishing to share lodgings and/or car rentals. There are also several other reasonable and convenient lodging options.

There is a shuttle service available between Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix and downtown Sedona.  For prices, scheduling and reservations, click:

We will coordinate and assist with the pick-up of participants arriving by shuttle.  We will also (within reason) be glad to assist with transportation during the retreat, to and from retreat events, if a participant prefers not to rent a car for their stay, PROVIDED that the participant chooses lodging within Sedona's city limits.  Any and all non-Retreat transportation needs are the sole responsibility of each participant.

Car rental companies that offer pick-up right at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix may add significant fees to the cost of your car rental.  It might be more economical to taxi from the airport and pick up a rental car at an off-site location and then return it to the airport after the retreat, thus avoiding those additional fees.  Avis and Dollar both have locations easily reached by taxi while still realizing an excellent savings over airport pick-up. We suggest that you be quite thorough in reviewing ALL fees and added taxes when booking a rental vehicle.

Our retreat will begin at 2:30pm on Sunday, May 6, in order to allow those whose flights arrive on Sunday morning, time to make the 2.5 hour drive to Sedona to join us for this first day.  However, participants may wish to arrive on Saturday, May 5 and enjoy and explore town before the retreat begins.

We will similarly conclude our retreat at 12:00pm on Saturday, May 12, to accommodate participants who have departing afternoon flights to catch.

Our daily excursions will require short drives to trail heads, where we will be taking mild to moderate hikes into Sedona's most sacred wilderness in order to work at the most powerful sites.  As participants confirm their reservations, more information will be provided regarding suggested packing list, trip itinerary, etc.
